The Journey from Kyiv to Belgium
Our workshop, “The IVY,” was founded in Kyiv, Ukraine—a city that has always been a rich source of inspiration for us. With its blend of historic charm and dynamic urban culture, Kyiv gave us the foundation for creativity and the love for design that shaped the start of our journey. However, life took an unexpected turn when we relocated to Belgium, which opened up an entirely new chapter of creative exploration.
Belgium is a country of contrasts, where old-world elegance merges seamlessly with contemporary style. Its picturesque landscapes, stunning architecture, and vibrant cultural scene have deeply influenced our work. The country’s balance between tradition and modernity speaks to our aesthetic values; this fusion has become the heart of what we create. The relocation to Belgium also allowed us to see things from a fresh perspective, further refining our approach and helping us infuse European elegance and sophistication into every piece we produce.
