Chef Amanda Schonberg, founder of Baking For Business, is transforming the baking community by teaching small business owners how to generate significant sales and build successful enterprises. However, due to the limitations of cottage laws, she was earning more than allowed for a home baker. This prompted her to share her business strategies and tips online, helping other bakers achieve similar success.
