Sravan Allopi, also known as “The Mindset Medic,” brings together unique insights from his diverse journey to help others confront stress, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs.

With a background rooted in mindfulness and breathwork from a young age, Allopi’s life shifted drastically when he joined the British Armed Forces. He underwent rigorous training in the medical branch, gaining hands-on experience with emergency care, trauma, and battlefield anatomy while working alongside NHS medical teams. Through these experiences, he developed a deep understanding of the physical and psychological toll that crisis can take on individuals.

While on the frontlines during the pandemic, Allopi’s skills were put to the ultimate test. Handling intense, life-or-death situations daily, he witnessed firsthand the enormous impact of stress and loss on both patients and fellow healthcare professionals.

This challenging period marked a turning point for Allopi, leading him to examine his own mental health and burnout. Amid the pandemic’s turmoil, he returned to the practices his mother had taught him as a child: breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. These foundational skills would become not only his refuge but also his purpose.

After leaving the military, Allopi found himself in a world without structure—a sharp contrast to the discipline and routine he was used to. Lost in a cycle of late-night TV, gaming, and poor habits, he knew he needed to reignite his sense of purpose. He revisited breathwork and mindfulness, exploring the importance of what he refers to as “conscious integrated awareness” (CIA)—his approach to understanding and shaping one’s mindset by consciously aligning thoughts and behaviors with personal goals. Through consistent self-discipline, he emerged stronger, developing a resilient mindset he now shares with others.

Allopi’s mission today focuses on helping people facing high-stress environments, guiding them in managing their stress and anxiety with clarity and precision. He emphasizes the power of breathwork and mindset training, as these practices don’t just “manage” stress but give the potential for individuals to thrive.

Much like the military-grade techniques he mastered, his methodology encourages tactical breathing exercises designed to aid the nervous system and cultivate a calm focus.

For instance, one of Allopi’s essential tools is his “5-7 Reset Protocol.” This involves inhaling sharply through the nose for five seconds, holding the breath briefly, then exhaling slowly for seven seconds, repeating three times.

He explains that such exercises aim to engage the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation. He has incorporated this approach into his clients’ routines to help foster focus and mental clarity.

What sets Allopi apart is his ability to connect the practical, results-oriented approach of his military training with the introspective, empathetic insights from his upbringing. Influenced by creators like Hamza and Dan Koe and inspired by his mother’s successful business built on word of mouth, Allopi combines tactical advice with a compassionate approach, supporting people navigating their internal battles.

The Mindset Medic’s aspirations extend beyond individual coaching. He envisions building a brand that promotes sustainable well-being, catching the attention of influential voices in self-development. His ultimate goal is to help people overcome mental obstacles by equipping them with the tools to reach their potential, even when their world feels uncertain.
