Enrica Chicchio is a recognized image consultant in Italy. She is a professional who has built a reputation in the field of image consulting and style, becoming a notable figure for those interested in improving their appearance, visual communication, and overall look, both in professional and personal settings.

She has been working for several years with private clients and companies such as Revlon, LiuJo, Diego Dalla Palma, PenskeCars, Stefanel, and others.

Where did you study, and how long have you been working in this field?

I studied in Milan, Italy, and I began my career 8 years ago, when this profession was still relatively new in my country. Now, I have clients in various locations and the opportunity to engage with constantly evolving environments and people.

What are the main values that guide you in your daily work as an Image Consultant?

The values that guide me in my work include authenticity, empathy, and the enhancement of individuality. I believe that every person should feel free to express themselves through their image, without pressure or imposed models. My goal is to help clients discover their unique style, one that reflects their personality and helps them feel confident and comfortable in different situations.

What are the common mistakes people make when managing their image?

One common mistake people make when managing their image is following standard models or widely promoted trends. There are no colors, clothing items, or accessories that fit everyone equally. Each person tends to benefit most by highlighting their own personal characteristics. Choosing what to wear is both a statement of identity and an act of care and awareness.

What are the key processes for building a successful image?

Trust: empathetic and proactive listening is essential. Trust forms the foundation of every consulting relationship. Only when clients feel understood and respected can they fully engage in the transformation process authentically.

Self-awareness: the image we project ideally reflects who we truly are. It’s not only about aesthetic choices, but also about understanding our values, inclinations, and strengths.

Attention to detail: even small details can play an important role in creating impactful transformation.

Could you share more about the services you offer and how they are delivered?

Certainly. Sessions can be held either in person or online and typically include:

  • Color analysis to determine which colors enhance features such as complexion, hair, accessories, makeup, and clothing.
  • Body and facial shape analysis to help select clothing and accessory shapes that suit individual characteristics.
  • Wardrobe organizing, focusing on pairing existing items and arranging them efficiently.
  • Personalized shopping sessions.
  • Training courses for businesses, boutiques, and beauty salons.

Do you have experience working with clients who have specific needs, such as professionals, entrepreneurs, or individuals in career transition?

I work with a diverse range of clients and aim to provide value to anyone interested in enhancing their image through simple, effective tools.

Why would you recommend having an image consultation?

Image consulting goes beyond aesthetics; it is a path toward self-awareness and authentic expression of identity. Every detail—a color, a line, a texture—reflects the many nuances of a person’s character.

At its core, image consulting is about harmony: not transformation, but revelation. It is not only about dressing the body but about honoring the connection between how we see ourselves and how we feel inside. It is an act of beauty as well as of truth.
